Our Warranty Policy
Import Auto is proud to offer a 2 year/24,000 mile parts and labor warranty. This warranty applies to parts the customer has purchased through Import Auto and which we have installed. Manufactures warranty applies on all other parts. Import Auto does not warranty used parts, or parts provided by the customer. The warranty does not cover fluids, refrigerant, or supplies, and does not cover diagnosis time. All warranty work must be performed and approved by Import Auto. Monetary limitations may apply outside Cache Valley. All warranty repairs must be approved by Import Auto before repairs begin.
TECHNET Warranty Policy
Through TECH-NET Professional we are able to offer a nationwide warranty. This limited Worry Free Driving Warranty covers most service and repairs for 2 years/24,000 miles when you are more than 25 miles from Import Auto.Call 1-866-588-0728 before having the work performed and you will be directed to the nearest participating service facility location.
